Package Includes:

• Access to the 5 acre property for roughly 24 hours (check-in is Saturday morning and check-out is Saturday night after the festivities, however the Bride and Groom are gifted the Bridal Suite for the night) for up to 350 total individuals

• Access to the Bridal Suite, renovated 2 story barn, 40'x120' Event Tent, and the picture perfect grounds

• Use of all available decoration items (including altar, white church pews overlooking the river, and aisle walkthrough)

• White event chairs along with reception and banquet tables 

• Unlimited event consultations when needed

• Set-up/clean-up tables, chairs, and 1908 House decoration items

• Event staff on site throughout your event
