Staff & 1908 House Venue

1908 House provides staff throughout the entirety of your event and provides parking assistance. We also offer the entire 5-acre property for your use.

The Property Includes;

  • The Victorian House (sleeps 14)

  •  The Bridal Suite (sleeps 2) 

  • The Two-Story Renovated Barn

  • The 40'x120' White Tent (includes lighting and sidewalls)

Linens & Decorations

The 1908 House provides white table linens, tables and chairs.  

**We do not allow the throwing of rice, confetti, or fake flower petals.  No sparklers, real candles (fake flames are allowed), or fireworks are permitted**

Wedding Venue

Alter & Pews

The 1908 House has a beautiful, outdoor ceremony area that overlooks the river.  This area is set up with a wedding altar and 22 authentic, white church pews.
