Package Includes:

• Access to the 5-acre property for 69 consecutive hours (4:00 pm Thursday check in time and 1:00 pm Sunday check out time)

• Access to the fully furnished Victorian Guest house, Schoolhouse bridal suite, renovated 2 story barn on site, 40'x120' event tent (includes sidewalls and lighting), and the picture perfect grounds for the entirety of your stay

• White event chairs to seat up to 350 guests along with reception and banquet tables 

• White church pews overlooking the river for ceremony seating

• Onsite overnight stay for up to 21 guests along with private parking for 350 guests

• Includes set-up/clean-up for the tables and chairs along with during-event service

• Use of Venue for Engagement or Bridal Portraits prior to Wedding Date (appointments must be scheduled)

• Unlimited event consultations when needed

• Staffed bar

• Use of 1908 House for groom's dinner, ceremony, reception, dance, and gift opening

• Event staff on site throughout the day of your event

Saving Your Date; 

• 50% deposit secures your date. This will be credited to your overall total. This deposit is non-refundable once given.

• The remaining 50% of the total package amount is due 6 months prior to your wedding date. This is non-refundable once given.

• A $500 damage deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. This will be in check form and will only be cashed if damages occur. if damages are over $500 you are responsible for the difference.
